Required: Share the Google Sheet with the service account email above (Editor access). The app will not be able to read or write data without this.

Admin Access

Admin access is controlled via the ADMIN_EMAILS environment variable. Any Google account in that list can sign in.

To add or remove admins, update ADMIN_EMAILS in your Vercel environment variables and redeploy.

Phase 2 — Postgres Migration
